Booking

• A deposit of 50€ is required if you book 2h of kitesurfing lessons. The remaining balance is due upon arrival.

• Il saldo rimanente è dovuto all’arrivo. A deposit of 100€ is required if you book any of our lesson packages. The remaining balance is due upon arrival.

Cancellation

• We rely on the wind to practice kitesurfing. In the case of either not enough wind or no wind at all, we reserve the right of canceling lessons, either before it starts or during it. If you have purchased a lesson package and not been able to complete it (due the above circumstances only) you will be refunded of the hours left accordingly.

• The deposit is not refundable if the cancellation is made by the student. An exception is made for medical reasons, where a doctor note must be provided.

• We schedule lessons for the following day according to the latest update of the wind forecast. If the student can not come for the next scheduled lesson, the school must be informed the day before. A fee of 50€ will apply for any cancellation/no show on the day of the lesson.

Refund

• If for any reason the school has to cancel lessons, we will issue a refund of the hours not used. If you have bought a package of lessons, we will refund you with the rate of the directly lower hourly package price.

Example: 10h package of lessons have been bought at 450€ and only 8h have been completed, the 2h left will be refunded at the 6h package rate (47€ per hour)

• If during the stated availability time the purchased package has not been completed due to cancellations made by the student for any other reasons rather than medical (where a doctor note must be presented) the refund will not be issued.

• If you can no longer travel due to medical reasons, a certificate from the doctor must be presented in order to receive a refund.

• If you can’t travel due to Covid19 either because of restrictions applied in Italy or in your home country, the deposit can not be refunded. In this case a VOUCHER will be issued with validity of TWO YEARS.
